Terms of Service

By accessing or using OnlyPPV ("Service", "Platform", "Network"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("Partner", "Affiliate", "you") and OnlyPPV ("we", "us"). They apply to all access to or use of the Platform, including the affiliate dashboard, the tracking system, the offer catalog, and any related services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use OnlyPPV.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the traffic sources you operate, and the way you promote offers, comply with the laws of every jurisdiction you target and with the terms of the upstream traffic platforms you buy from (Facebook Ads, Telegram Ads, TikTok Ads, push networks, etc.).

OnlyPPV is a performance-marketing network connecting affiliate partners with advertisers in the Telegram ecosystem. We provide a catalog of offers, tracking links, real-time click and conversion attribution, S2S postbacks, anti-fraud, and payout settlement in USDT and TON.

OnlyPPV is the network and the technical platform; we are not the advertiser of record for any offer in the catalog. Each offer is operated by an independent advertiser whose product, landing page, and conversion definition are their own.

Registration requires a short application describing your traffic source, GEO and expected volume. Approval is at our sole discretion and is typically completed within 24 hours.

Approval is per-account. Multi-accounting (running more than one OnlyPPV account, whether under different names or entities, without prior written permission) is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

Each offer in the catalog has its own payout, accepted GEOs, traffic-source restrictions, daily cap and conversion definition. You must read and follow the offer terms before sending traffic.

Daily caps are a hard limit. Traffic sent above the cap may not be paid out, at the advertiser's discretion. We will lift caps automatically when your traffic quality justifies it.

Targeting traffic to GEOs or sources not listed on an offer, or running creatives that violate the advertiser's brand-safety rules, is a Terms violation and may result in conversion reversal.

Conversion attribution is governed by the click record produced by our tracker. Where the advertiser fires an S2S postback containing a click ID issued by us, that postback is the source of truth for the conversion.

We support sub_id parameters for granular reporting. You are responsible for the sub_id taxonomy you use; we do not de-anonymise or share your sub_id structure with advertisers beyond the values necessary to attribute the conversion.

Postback configuration on your tracker is your responsibility. We make best effort to deliver postbacks with retries; we are not liable for missed postbacks caused by your endpoint being unavailable.

We operate inline anti-fraud on every click and conversion: device fingerprinting, click-to-conversion timing, GEO sanity, and sub_id consistency. Events identified as fraudulent (bot traffic, motivated traffic on non-incentive offers, click spam, conversion forgery) are flagged and excluded from payouts.

Repeated fraud signals, or a single high-severity incident, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid balance pending investigation. Where we determine that the breach was deliberate, we may permanently terminate your account.

You may dispute any flagged event via your dashboard; we will review within 5 business days and provide the reasoning behind our decision.

Payouts are denominated in USD and paid out in USDT (TRC20 / BEP20) or native TON to a wallet address you provide. The minimum payout threshold is $50.

You may request a payout on any day. Payouts are typically processed within 6 hours and are guaranteed to settle within 24 hours absent a fraud review. Network fees for blockchain transfers are borne by the Partner.

You are responsible for the correctness of the wallet address you provide; transfers to an incorrect address are irrecoverable.

You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings in your jurisdiction. OnlyPPV does not withhold tax on your behalf.

For monthly payout volume above $5,000, we are required to complete KYC before further settlement. KYC documents are processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

OnlyPPV does not charge a fee to affiliate partners. Our revenue comes from the spread between the price an advertiser pays per conversion and the payout displayed in your dashboard, which is the amount you receive.

The payout displayed at the moment you generate a tracking link is the payout you receive on accepted conversions for that link, regardless of any subsequent price changes the advertiser makes.

You agree not to: run incentive traffic on non-incentive offers; use bot traffic or click farms; brand-bid on advertiser trademarks unless explicitly permitted by the offer; misrepresent the advertiser; or send traffic that violates the rules of the upstream traffic platform.

You agree not to interfere with our tracking, anti-fraud, or postback infrastructure, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer protected parts of the Service.

We strive for 99.9% availability of the dashboard and the tracking endpoint, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may schedule maintenance, change features, or temporarily suspend the Service to investigate abuse or security incidents.

We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside our reasonable control, including outages of upstream traffic platforms, blockchain networks, or advertiser infrastructure.

You may stop using the Service at any time by requesting account deletion in the dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, generate fraudulent traffic, or pose a risk to the Network or to advertisers. We will give reasonable notice unless immediate suspension is required to contain a fraud incident or by law.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections concerning accrued balances (subject to anti-fraud review), indemnity and limitation of liability survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyPPV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount paid out to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold OnlyPPV harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of: (a) the traffic you send to offers; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or upstream platform terms; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard and posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
